Meet The Team
Roula Ramadi, MD
Dr. Ramadi completed her residency in Pediatrics at St. Joseph Children Hospital in Patterson NJ. where she maintains an active affiliation. She is a fellow at the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Ramadi won the first prize in Clinical Investigation at the 24th Annual Dr. George Perez Research Colloquium of the School of Health and Medical Sciences. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
Sarah Elfanagely, MD
Dr. Elfanagely completed her residency in Pediatrics at St. Joseph Children Hospital in Patterson NJ. where she maintains an active affiliation. She is a fellow at the American Academy of Pediatrics. Through nearly a decade of practice, Dr. Elfanagely has won several NJ Favorite Pediatrician awards, reflecting her passion for her patient and their families. She is fluent in English and is conversational in Spanish.
Jeani John, MD
Dr. Jeani John earned her medical degree from Rutgers Medical School and her Pediatrics residency at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. John believes in getting to know each of her young patients while educating families on the importance of healthy lifestyles, including nutritional practices and disease prevention.
Malgorzata Lupinska, MD.
Dr. Lupinska earned her medical degree from the Nicolas Copernicus Medical Academy in Kraków, Poland, and completed her pediatric residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center in Paterson, NJ, where she remains an attending physician. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. With more than two decades of community practice, Dr. Lupinska brings a warm, practical approach to preventive care and the management of both acute and chronic conditions, partnering closely with families to create realistic care plans. She also serves as an attending physician at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Lupinska is fluent in Polish and English, and conversant in Russian and Ukrainian.
Beata Rodzen, DMSc, PA-C
Dr. Beata Rodzen is a board-certified Pediatric Doctoral Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience caring for children and adolescents. She earned her Doctor of Medical Science in Pediatrics from the University of Lynchburg and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from UMDNJ. She has been recognized as a Kid’s Favorite Pediatric PA and honored by the Consulate General of Poland for her service during the Covid-19 pandemic . Fluent in Polish, Dr. Rodzen is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and guiding families through every stage of their child’s health.
